So What does it Takes to be a Professional Dancer?. Or a Dancer of any kind?  We’ve all watched different dance shows and we’ve all seen some of the backstage practices and end result performances. But how many years of work did it take to get there?

Over the next few weeks and months we will be chronicling what it takes to be a dancer and be apart of the dance community. We’ll offer prospectives and interviews from dancers of all backgrounds, ages and types. Do you know the struggle and hardships that dancers face?. Are you prepared to look defeat in the eyes and breakthrough?.

The Beat Freaks and Quest Crew will be making an appearance at the Ritz Theatre in New Jersey on May 2nd.  Both crews will be performing to help raise money for the Children’s Chance Foundation.  Be sure to come through and show your support for this great cause!

This Tuesday April 28, NIKE will be hosting an underground screening of the B-girl Movie in Los Angeles. The movie Stars Beat Freak Lady Jules in the Leading Role. Choreographed by Beat Freak Teresa Espinosa, this movie is sure to have lots of great Dancing, Fun times and excitement. So come hang out with some of the World’s Best Dancers and help support the B-Girl movie and the Great cause.
